Shipping Policy

All products shipped are vacuum sealed and carefully packaged in standard USPS boxes or Styrofoam boxes for perishable items. Perishable items with be packaged with dry ice and shipped within 1-2 days. Standard USPS rates and taxes apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

All feedback is welcome. If for some reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any of our product, please do not hesitate to let us know how we can make your experience better. Credits, refunds, or exchanges will be based on a case by case situation in order to resolve any matter satisfactorily.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made no less than 24 hours prior to order delivery or pick up. Orders cancelled in less than 24 hours are subject to 50% of total order cost.
